NISA only sends emails through nisa.com email addresses. NISA does not solicit individual investors via email.
Social Media
NISA does not solicit business via social media services such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok. NISA does not transact in cryptocurrency or related products for clients.

NISA does not engage in the following activities, which it views as suspicious activity:
- Claims of a “guaranteed” or “quick” investment opportunity
- Pressure to invest immediately
- Instruction to download an investment application
- Invitations to stock or crypto training sessions
Website
To authenticate NISA’s website, check the URL address to ensure it correctly identifies NISA as https://www.nisa.com. The letters “https” will be displayed in front of the website address in the browser’s navigation bar. In most browsers one can click on the padlock or other symbol appearing to the left of the URL address to reveal NISA’s registration certificate.
To validate a link to NISA’s website, hover over the link to reveal the website’s URL before clicking. Any URL variation that does not begin with nisa.com may be fake. Cloned websites under a similar URL are becoming increasingly common. These websites typically include detailed company information to convince unsuspecting consumers that they are genuine. Fraudulent activity may also include authentic website links to gain trust, so confirm the communication is appropriate and expected.
NISA proactively monitors websites that register and use similar URL addresses to nisa.com. If suspicious or fraudulent activity is suspected, NISA takes appropriate steps to remove potentially malicious websites.

Notify your bank as soon as possible if you believe you have transferred money as part of a scam. Report the matter to your local law enforcement and/or financial regulator as soon as possible.
