Sarah is responsible for the strategic and day-to-day oversight of NISA’s Human Resources function. In addition, she is the executive sponsor over NISA’s diversity, equity and inclusion work supporting and championing the initiatives shaping our inclusion journey.
Prior to joining NISA in 2022, Sarah held roles of increasing responsibility in human resources and related functions at organizations including Edward Jones, Express Scripts/Cigna and Centene. Sarah also sits on the Board of Trustees for Ranken Technical College. She holds a BA in Psychology from Saint Louis University and an MBA from the University of Missouri – St. Louis.
