Scott oversees NISA’s Information Technology Solutions Group, which is responsible for overall strategy design and implementation of NISA’s proprietary software solutions and enterprise software architecture.
Scott joined NISA in 2019. He has over 25 years of experience developing software for finance and investment firms including Thomson-Reuters, Scottrade and others. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Fontbonne University.
